My name is Dr Kris N. Erlandson, and I have been in practice for over 41 years.  

One of our team members recently took an advanced management training course provided by Petty, Michel, and Associates, created and conducted by Mr. Ed Petty. Its goal was to teach office managers how to manage an office.

What has resulted through this training is the increased effectiveness of our manager’s ability to run an office, resulting in increased office stats (new patients, visits, and collections), and last but not least, the congruence and harmony brought to my office by this training.

I have attended hundreds of seminars over the years and have never seen training specifically for office managers. Practices with trained managers will perform better, and I know our profession can benefit from such a training program.

As a long-time veteran in our profession and former chairman of our state’s Board of Examiners, I highly recommend this training to anyone who wants to improve their office statistics and have fun doing it.
