Spark Some Magic in Your Chiropractic Practice This Season!

Last week, we reviewed recurring marketing actions—those reliable, behind-the-scenes powerhouses that keep your practice thriving on autopilot. (Missed it? Link below. Also, you'll find a free downloadable and customizable marketing planner for your chiropractic and health care practice. It can be a game-changer for your team!)

But now and then, it's time to turn up the volume with something bold and buzzworthy -- and team-unifying!

Enter -- Special Promotions! These are loud and lively events that engage the entire team!

Why do them?

  • Increase new patients.

  • Energize less active patients and get them back.

  • Build greater team spirit for a shared purpose.

  • Increase your presence as the Health Hero's in your community.

Even without an offer, just the fun of giving back will boost your visits and instill greater loyalty.

Here are a few festive ideas to brighten your office over the next two months:

  • November Food Drives. Patients and non-patients donate the food, your office donates the services. (Check out our free procedural outline, poster, and button at the link below.)

  • December Toy & Clothing Drives. This is similar. They donate, you donate, and everyone wins. Another holiday win-win.

  • Girls Night Out. An in-office gift swap. This can generate referrals and improve retention. It's an informal party and gift bazaar for holiday gifts. A social and shopping experience.

  • Deer Hunter's Widows Week. Popular with a few offices up here in da nort woods. Complimentary massages for your patients who refer a new patient.

  • Angel Giving Tree. Rally donations for a local cause.

  • Holiday coupons. Gift certificates for patients, given to friends and family, to generate referrals.

  • Poinsettia giveaway with gift certificate. Give poinsettia plants to families as a gift in December, and include a coupon for a discount screening exam for friends and family.

  • Saturday with Santa. Kid-friendly fun day to pack your schedule.

  • "Thank Yous" to Community Supporters. Hand-deliver cards and gifts to local businesses and professionals to strengthen alliances.

Once you decide on a special promotion, discuss the game plan with the entire team at a team meeting.

  • One person should be assigned to coordinate the activity. Party Captain!

  • Promote the project internally through word of mouth, posters, newsletters, and social media.

  • You can even order pins to wear to promote the event. Flair!

  • Set a goal: X number of donations, Y number of referrals. Celebrate wins!

What drives any special promotion is its the purpose. Provide a valuable service, help people. And have fun doing so!

Goal Driven to help,

Ed
