"Hi, my name is Sarah, and I am the owner and clinic director of a three acupuncturist clinic.

Before going into Ed's program, I was a one-man show entrepreneur. I had my trade, but I really needed help and support to run this business and to make my dreams come true. I needed that support, and

Ed has really helped me to grow into that person who can delegate and own the role of business owner and manage other folks to help me achieve this very positive goal.

Before having the management program, I didn't have an office manager at the time. I was doing it all.

I don't know about you, but I cannot be in two places at once, and if I am, I'm not doing it well.

I really feel that my job as an acupuncturist is to treat my patients to the best of my ability and to be present for them in the time I'm with them.

To do so, I need to have an assistant, a properly trained front desk, and an office manager who will help me manage all of it so we are in line with our goals and values.

Now we're very focused. I'm really happy that we were able to take one of Ed's first programs on, and we're reaping the rewards with a pretty solid office staff.
